Dubai International Airport (DXB) is still grappling with operational disruptions following the highest recorded rainfall in 75 years, causing significant flight and baggage handling delays. 

Emirates is extending the suspension of check-in for passengers departing Dubai until at least 9:00 AM on Thursday.
