Mutinous members of Ivory Coast’s army have reached an agreement with the government over bonus payments. The dispute had threatened to spark a nationwide army mutiny after disgruntled soldiers took over three main cities. The deal was struck between the soldiers and a delegation from the Ivory Coast’s government led by Defence Minister Alain-Richard Donwahi.
