Emirates has announced it will increase its frequency and run a daily service to Mexico City (MEX), via Barcelona (BCN) from Dubai, commencing June 23.
Boosting its frequency from six times weekly to daily flights, Emirates will increase its average capacity, offering around 2000 seats per week to and from the Mexican capital.
EK255 will depart Dubai at 3.25 am, arriving in Barcelona at 8.35 am before departing again at 10.50 am and arriving into Mexico City at 4.05 pm the same day.
On its return leg, EK256 will depart Mexico City at 7.40 pm, arriving in Barcelona at 1.45 pm the next day. EK256 will depart once again from Barcelona the same day at 3.30 pm bound for Dubai where it will arrive at 12.15 am the next day (all times are local).
The Dubai-Barcelona-Mexico route is operated with a two-class Emirates Boeing 777-200LR offering 38 Business Class seats in a 2-2-2 configuration and 264 seats in Economy Class.
