 
                                    His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister, met with the CEO of X, formerly known as Twitter, Linda Yccarino, to discuss the UAE’s strategic direction in digital transformation.
H.H Sheikh Hamdan said, “X chose Dubai in 2015 as a destination to open its first offices in the Middle East and North Africa region, and we look forward to expanding our partnership with Elon Musk and his team at X and with global companies and platforms with the aim of consolidating Dubai’s position as a leading global destination for media and technology.”
The UAE’s Minister of State for Digital Economy, A.I., and Remote Work Applications, Omar Sultan Al Olama, said on X: “It was truly inspiring hearing about the incredible changes that took place in X since elon musk acquired it. Linda, it was a privilege hearing about the upcoming plans, Grok's capabilities and X being the everything app.”
