Miral, Abu Dhabi's leading creator of immersive destinations and experiences, will invest more than AED 12 billion in new developments and enhancements across Yas Island over the next five years.

The investment will expand existing theme parks and attractions, introduce new rides and experiences, and add more hotel rooms, strengthening Yas Island’s position as a leading global leisure and entertainment destination.

Miral says the investment, which is separate from the previously announced Disney project, supports Abu Dhabi’s Tourism Strategy 2030 and the emirate’s plans for long-term tourism growth.

Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of Miral, said the investment will build on Yas Island’s success and create new experiences for visitors while supporting Abu Dhabi’s economic growth and diversification.

The programme will also contribute to job creation and skills development across the tourism sector.
