At least 4 killed in Ukraine cargo plane crash

At least four people have been killed in Ukraine after a cargo plane was forced to make an emergency landing. 

Officials say the the Antonov-12 cargo airplane had initially disappeared from the radar.

However it crash landed near the western airport of Lviv, leaving four crew members dead. 

It’s not clear yet what caused the plane, which was flying to Lviv from Spain, to go down.
