Bangladesh bus crash kills 7

At least seven people have been killed after a bus carrying tourists crashed in eastern Bangladesh.

Police say it slammed into a roadside tree in in Lemua of Feni district on the Dhaka-Chattagram highway, which is nearly 150 kilometres south-east of the capital Dhaka.

Five people died at the scene while two died later in hospital.

The incident also left 10 people critically injured.
