Eight die in Ukraine hotel fire

At least eight people have been killed and 10 more injured after a fire broke out in a hotel in the southern Ukrainian port of Odessa.

Hotel Tokyo Star has 273 rooms, but it's still unclear how many people were staying there when the incident occurred.

In a statement, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said the fire broke out shortly after midnight but didn't reveal the cause.

Officials said it took firefighters about three hours to extinguish the fire.
