Four men will face murder charges for the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight 17 in 2014, that left 298 passengers and crew dead.
The trial is set to start next March in the Netherlands.
The Dutch-led Joint Investigation Team (JIT) accused three Russians - Igor Girkin, Sergey Dubinskiy and Oleg Pulatov - and Ukrainian Leonid Kharchenko of involvement and issued international arrest warrants for them.
Investigators said the four men are responsible for transporting the Buk missile used to shoot down the flight.
