North America braces for heatwave

A dangerous heatwave is sweeping across North America.

Around 200 million people across the USA and Canada could be effected by the soaring temperatures.

Residents in major American cities like New York and Boston are being told to take precautions.

The mercury could reach as high as 38 degrees Celsius in some parts.
