South Korea on Tuesday reported 600 new coronavirus cases and three more deaths from the virus.
It takes the total infections to 4,812, and the number of fatalities to 34.
The majority of the infections were reported at the Shincheonji church in Daegu, with the leader of the sect taken to a "drive-through" test site on Monday.
Officials added that Lee Man-hee tested negative for COVID-19 on Monday.
Meanwhile, China has reported 125 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 80,151. The death toll reached 2,943 as of end-Monday, up by 31 from the previous day.
The global death toll exceeded 3,000, with the virus spreading to more than 60 countries.
More than 90,000 infections have been reported, with 48,177 recovered so far.
