The UAE’s One Billion Meals Endowment has raised over AED404 Million in 10 days.
The campaign launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai has received contributions from over 70,000 donators including individuals and businesses from both the public and private sectors.
The aim is to support underprivileged populations around the world and to help the global effort to fight and eradicate hunger.
The total so far highlights the UAE community’s deeply-rooted culture of giving and generosity.
