The UAE confirmed 1,573 new cases of COVID-19 from 239,366 tests on Monday.
Another 1,527 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 619,294.
Five patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,839.
A total of 641,049 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 19,916 are currently active.
