The UAE has confirmed 2,998 new cases of COVID-19 from 168,770 tests.
Another 2,264 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 203,660.
Meanwhile, five more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 702.
A total of 227,702 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 23,340 are currently active.
