Dubai: Man arrested for obscene behaviour in public

A man has been arrested in Dubai for obscene behaviour in public.

Dubai Media Office tweeted on Friday that initial investigations revealed the Arab national was suffering from severe mental disorders.

The statement came shortly after footage of a naked man walking down the street in the Dubai Marina/ JBR area was being circulated on social media.
