Dubai Police drug seizures lead to 23 arrests

Nearly 650 kilograms of drugs were seized by Dubai Police in the first half of this year.

They included cocaine, heroin and marijuana, with 23 suspects arrested in relation to the seizures.

During the same period, a total of 20 websites promoting drugs were blocked after being monitored by the General Administration.

Dubai Police also provided 82 countries with important pieces of information, leading to the seizure of 330 kilograms of illegal narcotics, as the force continues its efforts to combat global drug trafficking.
