Eating correctly isn’t enough to stay healthy

Doctors are warning UAE residents that eating the right food is only the first step to being healthy. Diet-related health problems have been identified as one of the common major global health challenges at the first Dubai Nutrition Conference in Dubai. Increasing rates of chronic lifestyle diseases reinforces the need to raise awareness and highlight the positive effects of good nutrition on health.
