Egyptian President begins UAE state visit

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is in the UAE on a two-day official visit.

He was welcomed at the Presidential Flight Terminal of Abu Dhabi International Airport by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The trip will focus on strengthening bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest.

A high-level delegation of ministers, government representatives and senior officials are accompanying the Egyptian president.
