Emirates Airline is suspending all its flights to and from Tel Aviv until October 20.

The Dubai-based carrier said its last flight operation on the route will be EK932 departing Tel Aviv to Dubai on October 12.

"We are closely monitoring the situation in Israel and are in close contact with the relevant authorities," Emirates added in a statement on its website.

"Customers with onward connections to Tel Aviv will not be accepted for travel at their point of origin until further notice."

The airline has advised passengers affected by the flight suspension to contact their booking agents for alternatives, refunds, cancellations or for rebooking. Change and cancellation charges will be waived for tickets issued on/before October 11, for travel until November 30.

Meanwhile a flydubai spokesperson has confirmed to ARN News that flydubai flights FZ 1549/1550 and FZ 1209/1210 to Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) are currently operating to schedule.

They added that they are "monitoring the situation closely and amending our schedule accordingly. We will continue to liaise with the relevant authorities regarding the ongoing developments."

ARN News has reached out to other local airlines for an update on Tel Aviv services.
