Emirati woman injured in Oman accident airlifted to UAE

An Emirati woman who was seriously injured in a traffic accident in Oman's Ibri Wilayat has been airlifted to the UAE for treatment.

After receiving initial care at a hospital in Ibri, she was transported to the UAE by a National Guard search and rescue helicopter.

The medical evacuation mission was carried out by the National Search and Rescue Centre in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry thanked the Omani authorities for their support in this operation and urged UAE citizens to exercise caution on the road and follow traffic laws.
