Fire contained at Sharjah's fuel warehouse with no injuries

A fire that erupted on Saturday morning at a fuel warehouse in the Al Hamriyah Port area has been contained with no injuries, Sharjah Police has confirmed.

Firefighting teams from the Sharjah Civil Defence Authority responded promptly, successfully containing the blaze and preventing it from spreading to adjacent facilities. 

Thick black smoke was observed billowing from the site, prompting immediate evacuation procedures. Authorities, including police, National Guard, and Civil Defence commanders, were present on the scene to manage the situation and ensure public safety.

Sharjah Police confirmed on Facebook the cause of the fire is currently under investigation. No injuries or casualties have been reported. 

Residents were advised to avoid the area while emergency services complete their operations. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
