Update: Fire contained in Jebel Ali Industrial Area

A fire, which erupted in Jebel Ali Industrial Area has been brought under control.

According to Dubai Civil Defence, the flames were put out at 11:39 AM and no casualties were reported.

The blaze struck three warehouses containing perfumes and plastic materials.

The incident was reported at 09:07 AM and firefighters reached the site within seven minutes.

Teams from three different civil defence stations were involved in putting out the fire.
