Global Village bigger and better than ever

Global Village is gearing up for its 24th season.

The entertainment destination will open its doors Tuesday, running through until April 4, 2020.

For the first time 'Ripley's Believe It or Not!' will also open a museum attraction at the site this year.

Entertainment Director, Sean Cornell says there's definitely something for everyone.

More than 7 million people visited Global Village last season- an impressive performance, but one that sets the bar high for CEO, Bader Anwahi.

He says far from becoming complacent, they're pioneering a new category, known in the industry as "multi-cultural festival".

Anwahi also adds that the destination’s massive success over the years has caught the attention of countries that are keen on franchising opportunities.
