It has been organised in partnership with the Arabian Radio Network (ARN), Emirates and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and will be streamed on the Global Village Main Stage.

Fans around the world can also watch the gig on Global Village’s YouTube channel.

The Season 25 entertainment line-up will also feature a brand-new stunt show, along with children's and street entertainment.

Twenty-six pavilions will highlight over 70 cultures from around the world.

While the Ripley's Believe It or Not area showcases hundreds of new exhibits.

Bader Anwahi, the CEO of Global Village, told ARN News there are plenty of extra attractions this year and the venue has introduced a brand new app and mobile website for easy online ticket purchase.

In line with the nationwide measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, Global Village is reopening with stringent precautions in place.

Social distancing will be observed across the park, and seating has been introduced in front of the Main Stage to ensure the guidelines can be followed.

All guests and staff will be wearing face masks and complimentary masks will be given to children.

Thermal screening will be in operation at all entry points and more than 600 hand sanitiser stations have been installed across the entire venue.

Disinfection procedures will be in place after every ride.

The cleaning schedule frequency has also been significantly increased and full disinfection of all facilities will take place after the park closes every day.

The CEO has been outlining some of the additional changes, including alterations to the prayer room arrangements.

Valet parking services will not be available. Paid parking will be available at the front of the Gate of the World.

All facilities will be disinfected thoroughly every night when the attraction closes.

Organisers have introduced GVPay by Noqodi to enable diners and shoppers to pay with smartphones at all outlets.
