Global Village has become the world's first entertainment destination to achieve the British Safety Council's best practice five-star grading.
It comes after the attraction completed a best practice Occupational Health and Safety Audit, which means it will set the benchmark for the industry globally.
To win the grading, the audit included a comprehensive sampling of the facilities operational activities, interviews with staff, management and stakeholders and a review of documents.
Setting another record for Dubai, Global Village also passed all sixty elements for the first time.
