His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister, has honoured several government entities for carrying out digital transformations of its services.
Nine government entities were shortlisted under the 2025 Hamdan Bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services to recognise efforts to enhance and achieve fully proactive and automated services under Dubai’s 360 Services policy.
The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) team, led by Saeed Al Tayer, was honoured with the Hamdan Flag, while the Dubai Land Department won the Best Pioneering Initiative Award.
The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai walked away with the Best Digital City Experience Award, while the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and DP World secured the Shared Digital Channels Award.
Taking to social media, Sheikh Hamdan praised Dubai's government entities in digitally transforming over 1,474 services since the launch of the 360 services policy three years back.
"Thank you to all the government entities that continue to set benchmarks worthy of Dubai’s name," he wrote, highlighting that the developed services focused on an "integrated approach, significantly reducing the time, effort, and costs required of customers".
"Our journey continues because our goal is for the Government of Dubai to remain closest to the people, the quickest in meeting their aspirations, and the world’s most inspiring model for delivering government services," he added.
Three years ago, we launched the 360 Services Policy. Since then, we have comprehensively transformed 1,474 government services through an integrated approach, significantly reducing the time, effort, and costs required of customers.
