Sheikh Hamdan invites residents to turn Dubai into 'most active city'

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has invited all residents to step up and turn Dubai into the world's most active and dynamic city.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, Sheikh Hamdan, who also holds the post of the Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, says a new challenge is coming up for the Emirate from October 29 until November 27 for the sixth edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.

The goal is to complete 30 minutes of activity each day for 30 days.

Dubai has a month-long calendar full of free workouts and fitness events, with flagship activities Dubai Ride to unfold on November 6 and the Dubai Run on November 20.
