Dubai Municipality has opened a new confidential website for reporting suspicious activities or bad civic practices.
The “Amanah” service protects people’s privacy when they report violations.
The authority says their anonymity is guaranteed.
Anyone with concerns is advised to contact the service amanah.dm.gov.ae
