There's now another reason to head to the Jebel Hafit in Al Ain.
A brand new attraction has opened at the foot of the mountain and it’s called Jebel Hafit Desert Park.
Visitors can explore archaeological remains from the Neolithic period and 5,000-year-old tombs.
It has options for camping and outdoor adventure activities as well.
In 2011, the area was recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The attraction was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office.
