No causalities in Abu Dhabi warehouse fire

Civil Defence teams quickly brought the warehouse fire under control (Abu Dhabi Police)

A fire that erupted in a warehouse in Abu Dhabi was successfully dealt with by emergency services in the Capital, with no injuries reported from the blaze.

Teams from Abu Dhabi Civil Defence quickly arrived on the scene after receiving reports of the fire in the Mafraq industrial area.

According to Abu Dhabi Police, the fire was swiftly brought under control and soon extinguished. 

Authorities have since called for owners of warehouses and industrial facilities to comply with all health and safety regulations and to carry out regular maintenance of safety devices and equipment.
