The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA) has announced that all service centres handling visa amnesty applications will be closed on Sunday, September 15, in observance of the Prophet's Birthday.

This closure is in line with the Cabinet's approved holiday schedule for both the public and private sectors.

The GDRFA has confirmed that regular operations will resume on Monday, September 16. Centres will be open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm throughout the week, except on Fridays, when working hours will be from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

This schedule applies to the violators’ status correction centre in Al Aweer and the 86 Amer centres across Dubai.
