Rebel positions hit by Arab coalition air-strikes in Yemen

NULL

Aircraft from the Saudi-led, Arab coalition have struck Houthi positions in Yemen, according to military officials. Rebel vehicles were destroyed in the air strikes in the Ibb province of the country. It came as southern fighters, loyal to Yemen’s legitimate government, fought against rebels who were trying to reach the strategic Bab al-Mandab strait. It’s the latest in the coalition’s air campaign, which was launched in March, and is part of Operation Restoring Hope, which seeks to defend legitimacy in Yemen.
