Registration for the Global Foodtech Challenge in the UAE has opened today.
According to Mariam bint Mohammed Saeed Hareb Almheiri, Minister of State for Food Security, the competition is an innovation-based food production contest.
Speaking to ARN News, Mariam Almheiri explained why the UAE government launched the challenge.
Mariam Almheiri also explained what they'd like to achieve on a community level.
