The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has dedicated nine special plate numbers to be auctioned at the Most Noble Number charity auction at the Armani Hotel Dubai, Burj Khalifa on March 7th.
The plates numbers are DD 6, DD 16, DD 25, DD 30, DD 99, DD 100, DD999, DD 7000 and DD 22222.
The auction will see the participation of high-profile personalities, philanthropists and businessmen, keen to support humanitarian causes and foster a culture of giving and generosity in the UAE.
Proceeds will go to the Edge of Life campaign to rescue five million children from hunger, launched in Ramadan by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, with the aim of raising a minimum AED1 billion to be invested to fight childhood hunger around the world.

Individuals, government entities, private organisations, businessmen and philanthropists can donate through the campaign’s website, SMS, bank transfers, a dedicated call centre, DubaiNow app, YallaGive.com or the Dubai Community Contributions platform Jood.ae.
