Schengen visa waiver for GCC citizens discussed in Brussels

A visa waiver process for GCC citizens in the Schengen area has been discussed during a meeting between GCC Secretary-General Jasem Mohamed Al Budaiwi and Deputy Secretary-General of EU's External Action Service Enrique Mora.

During the meeting, held in Brussels on Monday, the pair also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the GCC and the EU and emphasised the importance of collective action between the two sides to address current challenges.

Other topics included the ongoing situation in Gaza and preparations for the upcoming forum on regional security, scheduled for next month.
