Sharjah Taxi serves 7.4 million passengers in 2024

Sharjah Taxi has announced impressive results for 2024, transporting over 7.4 million passengers, with an average of 20,200 riders per day.

The company is also taking steps towards sustainability, with plans to convert its entire fleet to hybrid vehicles by 2027.

The Sharjah Taxi fleet currently includes around 798 vehicles equipped with smart cameras and Intelligent Vehicle Dispatch (IVD) systems, enabling seamless communication with the central booking and dispatch centre.

It is also focused on safety and customer satisfaction, with a dedicated Driver Training Centre working to enhance skills and uphold high standards.
