The speed limit on a section of the Dubai-Hatta Road has been reduced from 100 km/h to 80 km/h.
The revised limit applies to a 6-km stretch of the highway, extending between Dubai, Ajman and Al Hosn Roundabout.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has replaced the speed limit signs to reflect the changes - with red lines marked at the start of the speed reduction zone to alert drivers.
