Temporary accommodation has been provided to the tenants of a residential building in Ajman that caught fire last week.

Ajman Police said they coordinated with the Emirates Red Crescent to provide emergency housing to 207 residents affected by the blaze.

The authorities have also made arrangements to quickly complete the building's maintenance and repair works.

No injuries were reported following the fire that struck a 15-storey residential tower located on Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Street in Al Nuaimiya 3 area on August 11.
