Fluctuations of key foreign currencies are statistically linked to Dubai property prices, according to a new study. Phidar Advisory’s mid-quarter research shows a significant relationship between the Indian Rupee, British Pound and Pakistani Rupee, and the emirate’s real estate rates. The report also shows that residential prices in the third quarter continue to decline.
