Official celebrations to mark the 51st UAE National Day will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

The organising committee announced that everyone who calls the UAE home can be part of the public shows that will run for nine consecutive days from December 3 to 11.

Tickets are available online with prices starting from AED 200.

Meanwhile, the showpiece event on December 2 will be broadcast live on the UAE National Day official website and on all local TV channels but specific details have not been confirmed.

Organisers said the show will celebrate "our nation’s inspiring pioneers, and take us on a journey towards 2071".
