UAE condemns Houthi attempts to target Saudi Arabia

WAM

The UAE has condemned the Houthi militia's attempts to target civilian areas in Saudi Arabia with drones and ballistic missiles.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has released a statement reiterating its full solidarity with the Saudi authorities.

It has reaffirmed its support for all the measures taken by the Kingdom to maintain security and stability.

"The continuation of such attacks and threats demonstrates the danger the Houthi coup poses to the region and further demonstrates this militia's intention to undermine regional security and stability," the Ministry added.

Coalition forces intercepted the explosive-laden projectiles before they could cause any damage.
