UAE, Egypt set for joint military exercise

Units from the Egyptian Air Force are in the UAE for a 10-day joint military exercise.

The drill code-named 'Zayed 3' will be conducted over three phases.

It’s aimed at exchanging leadership expertise and improving operational readiness.

Activities will also include joint training operations and tactical air manoeuvres.

The exercise will showcase the capabilities of the countries' air force units, in line with their collaborative efforts to ensure the region’s security and stability.

The UAE and Egypt have strong overall relations, reinforced by their military cooperation and ongoing military exercises.
