UAE issues dust alert

Weather forecasters have released an alert regarding reduced visibility across the Emirates today.

The National Centre of Meteorology have issued a code yellow for the public to be aware of dusty conditions. 

Abu Dhabi police are also urging drivers to be careful on the roads due to the adverse weather, and not to get distracted by taking videos or using your phone. 

Strong winds are raising sand in open areas and that’s expected to continue til 6pm this evening.
