UAE President offers condolences to victims of Turkey blast

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has offered his sincere condolences to Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdoğan after dozens of people died in a coal mine explosion in the province of Bartin.

During a phone call, Sheikh Mohamed expressed the UAE's solidarity with Turkey's government and its people during these difficult times.

President Erdoğan thanked Sheikh Mohamed for his sympathies and wished the UAE continued progress and prosperity.

Over 40 people died and more than 10 were injured in the deadly blast on Friday.
