UAE President pledges better tomorrow for young people

In a social media post on the occasion of Emirati Children’s Day, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan tweeted a message, reaffirming the UAE's commitment to children and their future.

"Through everything we do today, we seek to create a better world for our children. On Emirati Children’s Day, we reaffirm our commitment to accelerating efforts aimed at securing a sustainable and prosperous future for our young people and for generations to come," wrote Sheikh Mohamed.

The notable day was first introduced in 2018 and was announced by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Mother of the Nation.

It raises awareness of children’s rights to a healthy, safe and supportive environment for their development.
