UAE reaffirms security is 'non-negotiable' after Iranian attacks

The United Arab Emirates has condemned what it describes as Iranian attacks targeting its security, reaffirming that it will not tolerate any threat to its sovereignty.

In a post shared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), the UAE said it “categorically rejects” any aggression and stressed its determination to protect the country and those living within it.

The Ministry said, “In light of the treacherous Iranian terrorist attacks, the United Arab Emirates affirms its categorical rejection of any aggression targeting its security or infringing upon its sovereignty, and emphasizes that it is an impregnable state impervious to threats. Under no circumstances will it accept any compromise to its security or the integrity of its territories, and it will continue to fulfill its national duty with utmost resolve and determination to protect its citizens, residents, and visitors, while safeguarding its national gains.”

Officials said the UAE remains committed to ensuring the safety of its citizens, residents and visitors, while continuing to safeguard national stability and security.
