The UAE has provided aid baskets with clothing, food, and relief supplies, for women and children in Gaza.

It's part of the country's on-going humanitarian support to Palestinians through Operation Gallant Knight 3.

They were delivered via air drops and at the Rafah crossing.

The initiative, in collaboration with the Emirates Red Crescent, emphasises the UAE's commitment to supporting Palestinian women and children during the on-going crisis.

During the weekend, the UAE delivered 82 tonnes of food and relief aid to Gaza in a joint airdrop operation with Egypt.

Two C17 aircraft belonging to the UAE Air Force and a C130 aircraft belonging to the Egyptian Air Force participated in an airdrop operation, targeting inaccessible and isolated areas in the northern Gaza Strip.
