UAE to provide aid to Cyclone Idai victims

The UAE will provide AED 18.3 million in emergency aid to countries affected by Cyclone Idai.

Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Malawi will receive disaster relief supplies from the Emirates Red Crescent consisting of food, food supplements for children, medicines, and shelter supplies.

It's expected to benefit up to 600,000 victims of the tropical storm that has already claimed over 200 lives.
