The UAE weather bureau has warned against poor visibility due to blowing dust and sand.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said visibility levels could be less than 1,500 metres over some coastal and internal areas until 6:00 pm today.
Residents are urged to take extra precaution when outdoors.
