UAE issues yellow and orange weather alerts for some parts

The UAE weather bureau has issued yellow and orange alerts for several parts of the country as rain and strong winds are set to reduce visibility.

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) also forecasted a drop in temperatures for the next few days, with lows of 19ºC.

Humidity levels are also expected to rise over the weekend, with dense fog set to blanket parts on Friday and Saturday morning.

Abu Dhabi Police have urged motorists to drive cautiously during rainy conditions and alerted them to check for changing speed limits on electronic sign boards.
